Why do you charge a delivery fee?

Welcome to A4 Community Care Services, our charity not-for-profit website!

We're excited to offer you a simple and convenient way to order your goods and support our cause at the same time. Our delivery service is available for a flat rate of $1 per kilometre. That means the farther you are from us, the more you'll pay for delivery.

However, we have a special deal for our customers who order over $100 worth of goods: free delivery! To place your order, simply add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. Our system will automatically calculate the delivery fee based on your location and the total value of your order.

Please note that all proceeds from our delivery service go directly to supporting our charity's programs and initiatives. Thank you for your support!

WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCT DONATION GUIDELINES?

We accept donations of all kinds of food and groceries from farmers, manufacturers and retailers throughout BRISBANE. We also partner with food companies who donate ingredients and services so we can produce essential items like breakfast cereals, pasta, sauce and tinned fruit and vegetables. CAN I PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER FOR SOMEONE I KNOW WHO IS IN NEED?

At our A4 Community Care Services, we understand that some individuals may require special assistance when it comes to accessing food. For those who are in need but may be hesitant to ask for help, we offer a special order service. This service allows individuals to place an order for someone in need and have it delivered anonymously. This means that the recipient will never know who placed the order, allowing them to maintain their dignity and privacy. Our team will work hard to fulfill the order and deliver it directly to the individual in need. We believe that everyone deserves access to healthy and nutritious food, and our special order service helps us to achieve that goal.

Placing a special order for someone in need is easy through our online checkout process. Once you select the items you wish to donate, simply proceed to the checkout page. At the bottom of the checkout page, you will see a "Message" section. Here, you can include a note specifying that this is an anonymous order and provide the recipient's Name and Address. Our team will receive the message and ensure that the order is delivered directly to the recipient's address without revealing the identity of the person who placed the order. We understand that privacy is important and we are committed to ensuring that all individuals in need receive the assistance they require, without judgment or prejudice.
